Sure. Just find the import and export formats that the two programs share. You might need an intermediary program depending on which format you will need. There's always a way though. Most 3d programs import and export obj or 3ds files as they are the most common generic 3d formats.
One caveat...as you probably know, Sculptris can create some really dense geometry and may not be well suited for paper craft. If you know what you're doing in it shouldn't be a problem though. If it were me I would try something simpler like blender or sketchup. For paper craft I would think you'd want to make a very low-poly model so that the folds don't get too complicated.
