Not if you have a proper cheat-sheet. Granted, it would still be a hell of a challenge, but if anything the parts about hygiene and pasteurization should be pretty damned easy. And there's no reason to assume you arrived in the past completely naked. Even a crappy cellphone of today will look like magic to anyone from 100 years ago. Beg to have an audience with a king, any lord will do but to get the proper resources you'll need someone who can pull their weight around, and show them the screen. Then just figure out how to hell him "I can teach you how to make this. With enough time." And then you try and educate the king's advisers and alchemists or whatever in everything you can. In exchange for periodically offering the king better and better technology, he offers you protection and resources.

It's not a guaranteed thing, but if you're stuck in the past it's probably your best bet for survival. If in the process you can re-write history so that humanity set foot on the moon by 1569, all the better!
