anyone super excited about E621 shitting them-self with this new site update?
Im sure some of the technical hicups will be solved, but the one about requiring login to see blacklisted tags, they royally fucked up.
some sites require login to see porn, but you have to login to see ANY porn(FA, IB, DA)
sites requiring no login make sense when the only reason you visit that site is porn(rule34, furrybooru, e-hentai, ANY IMAGEBOARD)
some sites have default filters that can be disengaged and remain so for your visit, like derpybooru, no login required just change the filter
but now e6 has gone off the deep end and is requireing login for some tags(gore, scat, watersports, loli, shota, and non-safe young artwork)
do they not understand the nature of imageboards compared to art/social sites? is e6 trying to evolve into a social site?
TL:DR login mandatory for spicy content on e6
